    In some situations it may be necessary to ask your mate. We aren’t talking about the baseline attraction..i.e. “she’s cute so let me tell my wife” …sharing that would be absurd because you’d probably be sharing something like that all day. However…if you find yourself preoccupied with the thought of someone else……it may be beneficial to the relationship to share because as a couple you can work on your weaknesses together and safeguard the sanctity of what you got.

    1. As you stated, it’s natural for people to be attracted to other people. Therefore, it doesn’t make sense asking that question to your partner, when 9 out of 10 times the answer would be yes.

    2. I don’t think constantly disclosing who you’re attracted to or who is attracted to you is helpful because it can cause unnecessary distrust issues within the relationship.
