Don’t care about either team, this ref just starting to make me suspect he’s either senile or flat out cheating. He makes these mistakes in a lot of games more than usual. The only ref listed with a controversial history of horrible play calls but still working in the league. .His play calling seems to be questioned more than normal in many different games, why is his mistakes overlooked is the question?

if u think this game was fixed. U shud of seen the vikings and saints game IMO. They didnt just miss a few calls like this. They were calling phantom interference. And they called a pass complete when it hit the ground….

The NFL is fixed. I agree with warforoil, vagas has alot to do with it. Money speaks louder than anything, blown calls that were obvious to a fan, yet oblivious to an official. Officials dont get paid that much really, but if a suit offers that official to turn the other cheak on the pack for 150k, i’m sure his family wont mind that cash. Its a shame too…i’m a fan of honesty.

Jp1991M, you owe creamlady an apology about the women watching football crack you made, because if they had called it intentional fm the picture clearly shows that the facemask happened while the ball was in the air before change of possession, therefore still Packers ball. If the facemask had happened after the recovery, then it’s Cards ball.

Maybe the guys should review the rules instead of the girls. The infraction happened before change of possession, therefore the ball would have remained with the Packers.

Bill Carollo, former NFL ref and current Dir. of Officiating for the Big Ten Conference, stated he felt the 15-yard facemask foul could have been called, or at least an unnecessary roughness penalty.
Mike Pereira, NFL’s SUPERVISOR OF OFFICIALS, said , it was indeed an incidental facemask (and thus no foul) since there was never a significant pull or twist to warrant the 15-yard penalty.

Because the NFL has already admitted it was a face mask, they said a facemask is a fecemask no matter when it happen or who it happen to. Their only debate was if it was incidental or intentional and if the ref seen it.
So maybe you should go learn the game of football and read the rule book or something. Because as of now you’re saying the NFL is run by woman because they all agree it was a face mask, but they made the rule. lol
