HCG DIET UPDATE……Days 28-33 (CHEATED)


Ok everyone i cheated on day 28 after finally hitting my 20lb mark. I have learned it is NOT worth it but really needed to find out for myself. I didn’t just have a couple doritos though. I had a feast at my husband fav restaraunt for his birthday and dessert. It really set me back and was NOT worth it!!! I am back down to my 20lbs loss after 5 days …ugh

    How many pounds did you gain on your cheating day?
    I’m planning to cheat on Sunday…my daughter’s birthday. I cannot pass on Mexican food and tres leche cake! Oy!!
    Pls let me know before Sunday? LOL

    I just cheated…. Bad. I’m down 15 lbs. Just half of my goal. I ate six hot wings and a bowl of ice cream! I’m devastated! What should I do? I’m too embarrassed to call my doctor. Also, I was wondering if it’s safe to do more than one apple day in a row. And how many pounds were you set back? Thanks!

    You are right! And I have noticed if I have more than 2tbs of coconut oil I stall. Anything less and I am good to go!!! Love the cottage cheese

    not to be negative, but I have yet to figure out how to get the injections to NOT BURN for 4 minutes after injection. At first I was injecting cold hCG, then I let it warm up. I inject slow, fast doesn’t matter. On Day 5 now and wish it didn’t hurt so much. Wife agrees with me. Maybe sublingual is the way to go.

    coconut oil is so healthy. I will not eat too much on protocol. Maybe 1tsp a day at the most. cheating on this protocol for me is a NONO, but I know people do and are doing fine as soon as they get back on. I ate cottage cheese during r1 and also eggs, it was great. Got to eat whatever works.

    I had a 3 week stall! eat alittle coconut oil when that happens.

    You should wait until you have stalled 4 days is what Simeons says and then do an aple day. I did an apple day at 3 days of a stall. Just write down what you are having to make sure that you are sticking in your 500 cals a day which consists of 2 fruits 2 veggie servings and 2 proteins all of which should be different for that day. Ex .. chicken for lunch beef for dinner….apple in the morning strawberries later in day etc. We all hit stalls so don’t get discouraged you CAN do this!!

    How long did you have a stall. Because I am on day 5 of a stall!!! I am very discouraged. I don’t think I have done anything wrong except eat too much cabbage soup 5 days ago. I am going to cut out my strawberry smoothie and see what happens. Just need to compare notes.

    LOL…thanks :-) I have not heard fo that smoothie??? Where the heck is that recipe I must have missed it? Sounds yummy (although the sound of it would make my husband gag) haha!! I am down over a half pound today so I am down 21 lbs!! I would like to lose 34 before I end this round

    You are absolutely right!!!! I think most of us don’t want to teach….but if we do or it happens don’t beat yourself up just learn from it and move the heck on!!! We learn from every experience in life no matter how small or big!!! Have an awesome 4th

    Thanks for sharing your experience. I feel we are all here to help each other (not be perfect) that does not help anyone. I think everyone tweaks the actual protocol one way or another at one point in time. No one is perfect and everyone has different issues that got the overweight!!! Congrats for sticking to it and have an awesome 4th!!

    Yes I like that we have a strict guideline to follow but there is so much information out there of how people tweak it just s lil and still get good results! Chocolate delight was not in the protocol but look how well it works for most. I am not one to judge how others do this…I just hope the best for everyone on it!!
